Nice job! The eye looks very colorful and cute :3 However I don't understand the lighting, is the sun in front of him or is that just the rays? I think it would make more sense if it was coming from the middle at an angle. Other than that, I think this is great! Especially the bright colors and sparkles because it gives it a nice, happier tone.
