Rumia without the ribbon amulet on her head is a.k.a. EX Rumia. No clue how it came off because she can't touch it, but it must unseal her powers when it does. Her black wings and sword aren't yet formed in this pic. In this EX state she is more grown up and mature than before and much more deadly.

Thanks! Yeah it does. :) I wanted to draw her with her sword, but everybody does that in pics of her, so I did it a little differently.. with the help of a ref. pic.

From a game series. but a few Anime OVAs were made. although Rumia never does this in them. lol
