For Time Paladin's contest. Sorry if there is already one similar to this, I don't know if there is or not.
This is Aquaia. Or, her nickname is H2O. If the fins don't give it away that her mother was a shark, the teeth sure do. Like her sister Sepentia, people are after her because they believe she's a threat. She's nice if you're nice back. But if you're not... lets just say those teeth aren't there for nothing. Her legs can transform into a shark tail if she needs a speedy getaway, but she still can swim fast with her legs. With her legs, she can swim twice as fast as a human, and with her tail, can swim four times as fast and can outswim most boats. She can stay underwater indefinatly because she has gills. She also can go as deep as regular sharks can. Perfers to stay in water than on land. Also perfers aquatic animals over people, except for her family.
