He picked to control his powers. Even his power is more powerfull then all the dragons even his creater fears him but Rath fears only one dragon and thats his bother Rage two dragon that were born at the same time one of lightning and one of space and time.I Hope everyone likes this

I think this was the first time i drew this dragon with out him bing with out his lightning around him fully if you want to see more of this dragon look at the every end of my gallery the 3rd painting i posted and thats that^-^
