hey sorry i have not been pn for so long so the awnser to the first question u asked was false the raptors in jp where utahraptors and they were way to big to be velpciraptors. 2 was i think somewhere around 3 to 4 feet. here let me check again real quick.

sorry skipped a cpuple umm... the raptors were not always covered with scales they did sometimes have feathers much like modern day birds, but they did not fly, the one that u asked about what they eat is kinda a hard one umm... i know they ate protoceratops eggs... i think they might have eaten smaller reptiles and rodents, they could have also eaten larger dinosaurs if they hunted in packs, the last one is kinda of a hard one, i think it was maybe the females? ok i will talk to you later bye!
