My character has just finished off his first great wroggi in MH3U
B/

I use Jaggi sword and shield.
Third upgrade,so now it is a Ludroth sword and shield.
To upgrade it again I need to kill 2 Barroths(That four star big stone dinosaurs) or 3 Royal Ludroths(Is that the english name?).
I already hunted down 2 Great Jaggis at a time.

I defeated the Rathian,queen of the land,now.
Next quest is the Lagiacrus!

Oh,and my weapon is now upgraded to Barroth sword and shield,I can beat most singleplayer monsters now,which is very good,because I can meet Rathian in Moga forest without a quest now.
Here I come,Lagiacrus!

I now killed Rathalos,king of the air.
Now I got:
Lagiacrus sword and shield(epic,thunder damage 150,can kill a great jaggi with about 10 combos)
Rathalos helmet(Can change to Rathian helmet,but Rathalos is a bit stronger)
Gobul chest armor
Lagiacrus arm armor
Barroth Idontknowtheenglishwordforthisdammit armor
Lagiacrus leg armor
Pretty cool,huh?

I farmed for Lagiacrus axe,full Rathian armor and full Barroth armor and suceeded.
Next I have to catch a Lagiacrus...

My brother and me farmed Nibelsnarfs today.(Nibelsnarfs are like Gobuls,but in Sand-they can "swim" in the sand,but you can not do the same).
This things eat barrel bombs with a special attack,so we took some with us.
My brother used his last one,but the snarf did not eat it.
So I ran to the bomb(which was right next to the Nibelsnarf) and hit it.
Killing blow XD

I killed my first Gigginox(Grown up Giggi),first Diablos(Rank 5 desert monster,known as tyrant of the desert) and first Duramboros(monster so big you can get 4 items from it,it can confuse you by just walking) today.
I plan to get Djinn(Rathalos sword and shield) next,but I need a bunch of rare things for that.

I beat her first time we met...
I now beat an elder dragon,rescued moga village and unlocked high rank quests.
The realm where you can meet demons in every key quest.
On the other side,I made Jaggi S armor already and I want to farm ludroth for Ludruth U armor(shocking 46 defense points,beat that).
I can also go to the forest at night now to fight high rank monsters and get rare resources.
Oh,and next quest is probably pink rathian.(high rank rathian that can use the tail much better,I am so dead if I meet that great jaggi at the same time)

I beat high rank barroth now and found a way to get much money.
Pink Rathian is too hard for now,I have to upgrade my stuff.:)
P.S.:I beat Rathian with Barroth sword and shield(Bone kris,upgraded to b.k. ,upgraded to Ludroths nail,upgraded to Barroth stuff,meanwhile upgraded again and next upgrade will be at rank 7 quests because I cannot get the materials yet).

*there should be a plus behind the b.k.,but Colors! wont display it.

Killed queen of the land and king of the air at the same time to get HR3 today.
Also completed my Rathalos(king of the air) armor with the body parts. :)

Your HR depends on the Tanzia quests you finished.
Sometimes,an urgent quest will show up in Tanzia(First one being Lagiacrus,for example). If you finish it,your HR will increase.
When you reach HR3,you can do high rank quests.
When you reach HR5,you can do G-Rank quests.

I got to rank 7 village quests now,I just need to farm some materials to fight the next Elder dragon. c:
Oh,and I upgraded my Sword and shield. This version deals 235 damage!

As soon as you complete a number of key quests.

Today,I finished off a high rank Rathalos,a Baleful Gigginox and unlocked rank 8 quests,where I can fight High rank Lagiacrus.

Defeated High rank Lagiacrus,high rank Duramboros(the monster after Lagiacrus),as well as Brachydios.(The monster from the intro,green arms with slime)

Oh,and I am flying to Seattle for a month tomorrow,and I probably won´t be able to write here. :/

Nope,not rly...
But you can always do things as looking up the monster's weaknesses on the wiki,and there are always several people needing help too.
For example,search for "Duramboros help" online,you should find help then. :)

Gunlance?
Then try the Bullfango download quest.
It will unlock a gunlance named Barons Blazer. :)

1.Main menu under "DLC"
2.Felyne in your house under "DLC"
Choose a quest,press x to download it.

So,how's it going now?
I finished village quests,in Tanzia I'm near the end of high rank.
