My first Colors OC! Yay! Let me tell you about Flash. He is a 15-year-old hedgehog. When he was 12, he found a special medallian that gave him the ability to create and control lightning/ electricity. He can temporarily turn into lightning to move through metal,
control machines, or move at lightspeed. He has super speed, and can run fast enough to keep up with Sonic, but only at up to mach 5. He can also make electricity with his hands to make sheilds, and fire electric blasts. #FlashHedge
