aw im sorry you keep having bad dreams 0n0 i hate having them iv bin having weird dreams i mean there not scary but when i wake up it feels like i havnt slept in weeks there very restless
but if you keep having bad dreams heres how to stop it
: dont have any sweets before bed
: dont watch scary movies or play scary games
: dont work out tomuch before going to bed
: sweets are very high in suger and they make your brian hyper so-to-say and if your brian is hyper and you fall asleep you can have some waky dreams
: if you play zombie games or watch scary movies before bed when you are tierd you brian will start to remember it and at say midnite your sleepy and very vonarable so-to-say to your brian and eyes to play tricks on you so any little nose will make you jump and can cose you to have nitemares
: just like with sweets if you work out before bed your body is tierd and your brian is over worked so if you work out it can cose you to have baddreams
: you can control your dreams if you are aware that you are dream-ing then you can do anything in your dream cuz when your asleep your still aware so you can basicly do anything but to much and you can wake your self up

frutis and vegies can have the same afects as suger and working out but it may also keep you up or wake you up
