Volt is the daughter of Sy a creature who could control electricity. Volt however, can control stronger electricity, but she is partially blind. She really is a nice and joyful person but her feelings can get out of hand with her destructive power thus thunderstorms. Her nickname is Electra while her goddess name is Volt. Her hair and clothes changes by her total charge. Her full hair color and outfit is yellow. Sy is a 'believed' to be a mythical creature who could control lightning

I forgot Sy was a creature that controlled electricity not a human i confused Sy with my goddess -Rewrites description-
