S.A.P.P 7 was a project eggman took from her father [blueprints] and made tons of copys hoping they would obey him. she was the the 7th atempt, the 1st was perfect so he made more. her brother n.c.o8 or niko was after sappire. sappire turned up perfectly after niko he stoped the cloning procedure hopeing they would do as told,little did he know... they already knew his plans for them! (dunn dunn dunnnnn) lol X3
