Step one: take your Right foot & move it in a circle in clock wise dircetction..." NOTICE how I said foot, not leg"

Step two: While moving your Right foot in a circle"clock wise direction", take your Right index finger and draw an invisible number Six in the air top to bottom.

What should happen: your foot will automaticly turn in a Counter clock wise direction"backward"
