For whatever reason, the DS I own already has buttons dying. The 'L' button dying not to long ago, and the 'R' button now. It's really annoying. I don't want to buy a new DS because it was only bought last November and shouldn't be dying this quickly. It took my DS lite four years before one of its buttons wore out. Not sure if this is a design feature in order to sell my merchandise or something, but this is really annoying and I am not sure what to do or if I can play any of my games now!

Hey! My circle pad crapped out and I sent it for repairs.It was gone for only four days. Then the 'R' button started acting a little flaky. I realized it had dirt in it while it was being repaired. Now it works great!

yep the person above me is right same my buttons didnt work Cause some how a bit of dirt got in

Blowing it works for a little bit, in the long run it doesn't work.

When the L on my original DS pooed out, I just made it pop it and it works great now...Idk if that helps or not...
