Deoxys could use Psycic, IDK FLASH, RD could do a Sonic Rainboom, and Sonic could use his homing attck. Oh tides!

I do like MLP, but that doesn't make me bias, RD needs to really push herself to go sonic speed, for Sonic it's a piece of cake. I don't know how fast Deoxis can go. From what I've heard Flash can go lightspeed, but that shouldn't age him, that should decelerate his time. Not to mention it would burn everything up. In truth, Dash is the most practical, she flys to go fast, which would be easier, in reality the ground should be burning under everyone else. But I'm just more of a physics nerd than a crossover nerd, I suppose.

For Sonic, forget the chaos emeralds, just put some chili dogs at the finish line. (If there is one...)

Whom going win well it looks like they are tied. Wanted to play along.

RD won't win at all. Sonic, Flash, and Deoxys [hope its right] have no limits, besides RD hasn't been in any real battles. The others have, against other Pokemon, Bad Guys, and Robots, that can reach there speed sometimes, but are able to upgrade their speed by evading their attacks.

They also are legendary[Fastes Pokemon] {Fastest man alive} (Fastest thing alive) thoug the pegasis is the one with longer legs, it uses magic for it, Flash and Sonic use their legs, and Deoxys uses Telekinetic powers, magic on the other hand is a mythical subject so RD would stand a chance.

But Flash & Sonic have different forms and Deoxys is a legend. So the real question is "Who would win, Pokemon, DC, or Sega?"
