Yes, early August. The 'world' gallery on FN3D is free from 3pm to 7pm, not 9pm. However, to leave comments, rate flips, and download flips, you need coins. These coins are earned by getting good ratings on flips you post. If you get enough coins, you don't have to pay the fee for the next month.

You can also get coin points by being a collector. As a collector, you rate other people's flips, and create what's known as a 'collection', which will be seen by others. You earn Collector Points when people visit your collection. If you get enough Collector Points, then you will not have to pay next month's fee.

So you are limited on comments, downloads, and the # of times you rate flips. This will stop spam, decrease flipnote stealers, and make it so beggars don't get high rankings. Looks like some of the problems from Flipnote Hatena aren't gonna be as common on this new FN gallery!

@lunarhalo Compared to the limited comenting, etc, of flipnote 3d, the "old problems" of dsi flipnote no longer seem like problems. Also I don't see why star beggars can't get high rankings. After all, they aren't hurting anyone.

I don't really want the world gallery. I like doodleing a comic-like animation on flipnote and keep it myself. I managed to start one that is an achual animation about my OC Darkie on my old one (wich I onley have for my pokemanz). Heck, the new is gonna have more color! Everything is gonna be colorful! And the layers feacher is gonna make coloring 50 times easyer!

Probrably when Flipnote 3D release would if they add new features in it too? I like the fee cause it's $O.99, it's worth it! : D But we had to wait like 2 months. >_>

Uh, guys? The reason Japan gets it first is prob because the official Nintendo HQ is in Kyoto, Japan, and maybe they want their home country to try it out first, lol. And just think how much of a hassle it would be to send it over to every country in the world on the same day XD

^^ And if the Japenese don't like the fact that theres a fed, they'll probally make an update or something......... I'm thinking out loud here.... e.e
