Rules- Like most ghost pokemon, #Whispeon enjoys scaring others, so draw Whispeon scaring someone (you, your oc, another pokemon, etc.)
NO blood! Remember, Whispeon is trying to SCARE someone, NOT hurt them!
Deadline- June 30th
Prizes- First gets a drawing by me of whispeon and their oc plus five likes, Second gets five likes, Third gets three likes :)
