Bio: Kailani lives on an island that is a fishing community. She loves fishing, and is a skilled fisherman. Her abillities over water allow for her to control any body of water(e.g. Create tides, waves, etc), as well as generate water as seen above. She can also pick up objects and use the water as a weapon. She's a generally cheerful person, eager to help others and plays fair. She's also quite strong.
