The Headmaster of the Academy located in the City of Seasons, Season City. He inheirited the position from his now passed parents, now he works in order to support his twin siblings. They live in a mansion with the money their parents earned, but still give out to those in need, and even lend money to the Thieves Guild, making them on somewhat better terms with the pokemon who want to rob them.
