the gist is in the vid....i scrbbled in the back layers to attempt to get a long enough time for this to be considered a painting.... please help me stop this 'starbug'.....if people were stealing your paintings, and claiming it as theirs, what would you do? Please help.

I would just tell them lay off, still doing it? report the painting(s) they stole, STILL not cooperating? Report them to the colors team saying you don't like them tracing your hard worked art.

If enough people know about him/her, they may get the hint and lay off. I'll definitely keep an eye out. And I answered your request question, if you didn't see it yet.
