Whenever i get art block I usually look up some tags like #manga #tutorial or #oc. The drawings here give me loads of inspiration :3

The best way to cure art block is to be original. Copying someone elses work will not help your own talent. So just grab a stylus and turn the lines almost transparent. Then just start sketching something. The picture will create itself.
