Drephen: Wardrobe update by Oh Snapple!
Well, I got tired of #Drephen looking so plain (aside from his #mask ) and I decided to update his look!
The drawing on the right, was more of an expirement. I knew I wanted a more unique hood design, to modernize Drephen a little bit more. So I started drawing some markings, failed, then drew new markings, and it was smooth sailing from there... don't ask why he has so many belts XD
The drawing on the left was a (sloppy) attempt to draw Drephen based off the right drawing...

It looks better on the left though, but if you chooseright i agree with you. too much detail can be frustrating sometimes.

Well, the left was an actual attempt. The right drawing was more of a model (considering it has no limbs) to base the full body concept off of...
and, yeah. If I kept the orginal hood design, I'd have to shoot myself every time I draw Drephen. Glad I made it more simplistic and easier to remeber Xb

Cool! Drephen looks like a rouge assasin or some form of powerful necromancer! Awesome!
And thank you for your kind words yet again. I know exactly what you mean with loving your own character. I've had Strapstar since I was a wee worm in 5th grade and I've stuck with that little f*cker ever since. Go on with your character, and breathe life into it. I love it when people get creative with their characters :3 Oh, and I've been planning on drawing Drephen fanart so look foreward to that sometime :D

*reply* The animation isn't even completed yet. When it is, I'll upload it to Youtube and I'll be sure to alert everyone when it's good and ready!
And I sure am happy I'm making you hyperventilate. Anything for a fan! I've honestly never had such a strong following and am usually cowering in the shadows of other well known artists. Thanks for all your kind words c:
