You must master to teach, which I am afraid you're far from mastering water. No, I am not Katara, I can't draw water either, but I could barely understand this. I don't think you know how to change color or size. Maybe you should practice drawing a little more before you make a tutorial, I'm not trying to insult you, I'm sure you'll be a great artist if you keep drawing.
