Welp, I was in a store that sold ponies, trying to decide which one I wanted, and there was Luna Rays. I had no idea they even MADE the Luna Rays pony, so I was liek "OMG OMG I WANT THIS ONE", and she was really cool until I woke up. Google searched the name this morning and nothing but Princess Luna appeared. I expect Luna Rays is related to Sunny Rays. Painted the best I can remember...
