Yeah, it's a rhyme in Spanish. It's something that mothers will say to their children if they are ill or hurt... It basically translates to:
"Get well, get well, little frog's bottom- If you don't get well today, then get well tomorrow."
It's just a goofy little tradition in many Mexican families.
