Doomsday: Honestly? I have no idea what I call myself. I'm just Christian who's favorite pastor is a Evangelical Southern Baptist, studies the Torah (and loves it btw) and loves listening to Rabbai's, takes the Bible mostly literally('mostly' because I haven't read it all yet)... and... idk *shrugs* I celibrate alot of the Hebrew hollidays, practice the Hebrew shabbat... I perfer referring to Jesus as 'Yashua' and pray/refer to God as 'YHVH' most of the time. I try to eat Kosher as much as I can, but I love sea food lol I guess that makes me messianic Jewish/Christian? I hope this answeres your question, 'cause I feel like I just babbled xD

Angel: It's very sad, but I'd have to agree. Men who do believe in the Proverbs 31 woman are so rare, but I noticed they're closer God, and have a much better walk; they also provide a much better spiritual covering for their wives. Every other Christian male in the faith are just spiritual 'boys' imo lol This happens to be one ofthe reasons I'm not, and refuse, to date. It's useless; you can find out much more about a person by being their friend.

Awww, I woke up because I had to eat. :P And my grandma was both ethnic and religious. My mom was adopted by them, so I don't have the bloodline, but sometimes family goes beyond blood. Though she wasn't orthadox. When my mom was growing up, they had a "Hannaka Bush", which just became an outright "Christmas Tree" by the time I was born. Though my mom was adament about an official conversion to Christianity (my mom converted in order to marry my dad, which actually led to my grandma divorcing my grandpa because he refused to approve or acknowkedge my mom if she converted), but my grandma could be a bit stubborn. She thought of religion as traditions and that an actual relationship with God was separate from religion entirely and completely personal.

That's a really interesting family story. With your Grandparents' divorce, it's amazing how a Mother's love is, no? You're absolutly right about Family going beyond blood; I wish to, someday, experiance that. My Grandma was Catholic, but it was only a small part of us not getting along. Anyway, your Grandma sounds wonderful x3c And she's right about the whole relationship thing with God, rather than Religious Customs being absolute law.

Oh, and even if you're not bloodline, you're blessed for loving her :3
