This is Serina, a three-tailed arctic fox that can take on many shapes and forms. She is shown here in her "Mobian Summer" design, or more informally known as a Sonic themed look. She's not very fast, and she can't fly with her triple-tails (yet). Ser's also my favorite character to draw, appearing in some form or another in most creative videogames I play.
