I had the same problem on my first painting. to solve it, you open the menu. Press the picture at the bottom marked, "3D." Then, take the layer of the colors you were using to fill in, and drag it under the layer of black (Your outline). This copies the layer to that one, making it look fine. Then, erase the old layer of color. Then You're done! It looks fine in 3D!
