Thanks much. I plan on making more of these for a while (Maybe gothic style), but there will be more tribal paintings to come. How do you usually do your micrography? color the backround and use the eraser on a new layer?

depends on the subject/how i feel at the time.
my world pic: the background/space area was done by coloring and erasing black on next layer. but rest was just writing with that color.
cotton candy: done by erasing black except for fog.
lost pic: just wrote in diff colors.
i feel like i did another pic but cant remember which one it was. Hope that helped explain the answer for your question.
