Awwww how cute! I love the idea :3
If you allow me to give you a tip I would say that it's better you not to shade with such dark colours. I mean, it looks great, of course, but I think your drawings will look a bit brighter and such if you shade with some other colours. In my gallery I have a tutorial of how to shade, maby it will help you ^^
