This is for Bill ( @BillDaly ), one of the best landscape artists I know...If you don't believe me, go check out his work! Bill, you've been such a great friend and never fail to offer encouragement. Most importantly, you've taught me to be patient and my work has improved because of it. So, don't ever worry about "taking too long", believe me, you're worth the wait. I'm so privileged to call you my friend.
The Colors! Gallery moderators will look at it as soon as possible.

Angie, thank you! And, his work is beyond AMAZING! But, you know what? He's such a great person, too, and a really great friend.

wonderfully done, you defintely have improved much and I agree he's probably the best artist I've seen on here. There are many many amazing artists but he just puts in so much time on all the details and has some of the best landscapes ever.

JJM, there are many wonderful artists on here. The difference, with you and Bill (and a few others who've already commented above) is that you take time to offer encouragement to others and don't get so lost in your own egos that you forget that we all started, at some point, drawing stick figures. I've had some artists on here put down the work I do, but even they should remember that there is always someone better at something than they are. 'Nough said? ;o)

This is lovely. The little path going down to the sea is wonderful. I agree, Bill is a fantastic artist and a nice person. Angelwithana, you are doing amazing work, and each painting is more wonderful. I have seen improvements from everyone. Colors [I always want to write Colours-being Canadian lol] has done something incredible, creating a place where we want to work hard and a place where we can learn from others. Keep enjoying your creating and have fun. :]

Angi! I'm 'lost for words' ...and yours are too kind! There's so much wonderful creative energy on 'Colors' that I'm nearly the last of those who need to be pointed out. Thank you!!!
The lines in your lighthouse are awesome! It's hard to make straight lines in 'Colors', but on a diagonal - like these - really tough. Yup, that's some patience! (I know Hatteras has stripes - which one is this?)

Bill, this is Cape Lookout. It is truly a find! Located on an almost entirely untouched locale, you can only reach it by boat...They have installed walkways and a pier or two, but other than the lighthouse and the Keeper's house, and one small visitor's station next to it, it is just as it was when this lighthouse wasn't automated.
