^HEDROVER takes the cake here, but here's my go.
It's a repeating struggle involving a fat plumber, a giant dragon-turle thing and a princess. The turtle-dragon thing, whose name is Bowser, captures a princess who goes by Peach. The plumber, Mario, is afilliated to Peach in some way, be it by love or a royal escort. He is distraught by her kidnapping, and goes on a quest through Bowser's eight castles to find her again.

An Italian plumber with a taller but younger italian plumber. The first italian plumber must save the princess, named peach, from the ugly lizard dude bowser who kindnapped her. Anyways, the princess must be saved and it may help mario when he finds mushrooms or stars. Bowser has evil minions that mario must avoid and is sometimes helped by the green diosaur named Yoshi. When all is said and done the princess will be saved :D
That's how I would explain it...

Mario is a electronical character made by the japanesse. He is an italian plumber who looks mexican. In his series, he avoids obstacles to save a princess. sometimes woth identcal green bro luigi.

mario is a plumber who,eats vegetables that come out of blocks.hes constantly having to save a princess who gets kidnapped constantly by a giant ugly turtle thing and his minions. he occasionally gets help from his older brother luigi or a green dinosaur named yoshi who eats litteraly everything.thats mario!

a plumber who eats magic mushrooms ,rides on green(pink yellow or red) baby frog- dinosaurs, jumps on poor brown mushrooms and yellow turtles, jumps to often at flying(!) stones, jumps in pipes, saves a princess and has to fight an big dinosaur but he dont know how to ingeneering...

a fat plumber named mario breaks floating bricks with his head and coins and stars and mushrooms and flowers come out.he dies when he touches a turtle.he jumps on badguys that are brown idiots and turtles and can jump on bullets.sometimes a egg comes out of a floating block and a dinosaur comes out and the fatso jumps on it and starts riding it.also mushrooms make him taller and flowers make him gain superpowers.he is doing all this work to save a princess from a ugly hybrid turtle dragon who has a mohawk.
