@blues45 yes he is, in him Kanto journy he only earned 1 badge, the rest were given to him. He doesn't evolve his pokemon, and he doesn't know type advantages/disadvantages. For all that he has done he should be much better but he isn't.

Really cool! You did a great job drawing him! I miss the old Ash though....I know he made mistakes in Kanto too but I let it go because I knew he was new at being a pokemon trainer. You would think that after 5 regions he would learn from his mistakes and be a smarter trainer....but no....he doesn't! :/
