Albeon- The outlines? I made them by using the soft brush (The one that's in the middle). If you're talking about the color, I used low opacity in all brushes and randomly colored it with orange, yellow, and red XD.

You have to keep in mind the light, but since fire shines by itself, I just tapped the touch screen with the brushes in different sizes.
