The Blue Themed Home Menu is here! I Liked my #black3dsmenu better but its still OWSM & i still wish Nintendo would do somthing epic like this and add the ability to put colored themes. Or even the ability to have backround pictures on the Top Screen.

Cusomization is severely lacking on the 3ds. Folders should have different color options too!
