Everywhere Discontinuous Function by Gioku

Also known as the nowhere continuous function, this function gives a value of 1 for all rational numbers, and a value of 0 for all irrational numbers. Thus, there is no value of x that is continuous with any other value of x. This is because, given any two rational numbers, there must be at least one irrational number in between them, and vice versa.
