I know Sylveon's a lil' old news but I promised a Sylveon gijinka. I'm not gonna do that mewthree thingy, or as I like to call it 'Mewtation' (See what I did there? Eh, eh? ...Ok, that was a fail), untill it actually gets a name but until then I can't help it, I HAVE to do Pancham next! I've been waiting for a panda pokemon for sooo long! Amd he's even a fighting type! ^o^

Ohh sweetie that's not my idea ^u^ ChibiNel has a tutorial! Basically, you just fill the screen in one colour, then change the opacity (probably a spelling fail right there) and do dots of eraserrr then keep doubling it up until you get what you want! it doesn't take long ehehehehe
