Avia by Emaginary
Avia's mother is a thunder bird who wreaks havoc on villages by striking them with lightning. Avia is kind to children but hates most adults, especially hunters. She keeps her cool around kids but she gets completely angry around adults when they make her upset. She has the ability to create thunderstorms, but has yet to control the lightning inside of them.Large storms will occur when she is emotional. she has hawk-like vision and hearing and possesses the ability to fly fast.

I don't usually check other people's entrys but this is truly epic! You seem to draw the features perfectly! (I've just noticed, my design is similar to yours. But I didn't base her on a bird so I think it'll be ok.)
