Lidia is Serpia's lightning half sister. Lidia has the ability to control electricity and lightning, her mother is a thunderstorm. She can be impatient and has to control her power carefully and let some electricity out or it will bottle up inside her and she may end up losing control of her power. #TPContest1

Excelent! I could imagine her mother being an eternal thunderstorm in the middle of an ocean or something. This is really good example of what one of Serpia's half sisters might look like. :)
