Impressive blend of the abstract with a modern graffiti air. The use of dark earth tones gives this piece the feeling of sad familiarity.

@SENCO: When I first saw this I immediately signed back in to comment on it. I must say I thought this was by Munin. It lacks the smooth color mixing that he's known for. Then I thought of Serio but, it doesn't fit his usual horror inspired style of painting. Pleasantly, I was surprised to find that you painted this. I might use this image as a desktop bg as well as some of your other paintings. Hope you don't mind. I like this new style of painting you're using. :)

@inque:Indeed munin and serio are renown painters in the gallery. i wish i can encourage others to paint abstract art instead of nintendo charaters. its very relaxing and enjoyable. im always tryin new things and im glad you took a liking.

@SENCO: I tried it as my first 3DS painting but, it ended up as another anime inspired character. I'll try again. And, I wish so many people new to this app would start actually drawing and painting things in the real world other than tracing other people's art. When you see a really cool artwork that you think is a cool piece of art only hover your cursor over it to find out it is only a tracing of someone else's work. That's depressing. :(
