My oc Pixel. I draw her like this a lot. I guess it represents her dream to fly and having the pain of past events.. Or this is a scene from 'The Nurse and The Doctor' and she cut off Stormy's wings, attached them to her back so she couldn 'fly'.
Either way, I don't care.
