Yay! I made my Doctor Who/Pokemon crossover picture! To be honest, on a list of my favorite legendaries, Celebi is somewhere at the bottom of the list (Say hi to Volcarona while you're down there, Celebi!). It's not that I hate Celebi, it's just that I never really got into it. I've seen the movie and everything, I just don't think much of it. While you enjoy this picture, I'm going to go cry about Rose Tyler not being in the show.
