At first, I was trying to draw Haruhi Suzumiya, but I am really terrible at drawing in a manga style, so I just doodled and made this instead.
Oh and if anyone would be so kind as to spare a moment to explain what "OC" means, that would be much appreciated. I see it everywhere on here and have no idea what it means.
