burning gate of fire by PhantomSapphire
This is a place in the karakum desert where natural gas is and it was set alight 40years ago and is still burning
this is half made up and half referanced (the hole and gradient of sky are the referenced bits)
maybe I played with light effects too much in this.
drew this to calm down as I have an pharamacy exam in 12 hours arggghh!!!

I've been to a place in Alberta where a coal seam has been burning underground for years. Awesome picture, great lighting. c:
