Scene from one of my favorite movies. I'm pretty sure nobody else on this website has even heard of it though D: I was experimenting with moonlight and nighttime shading for this picture. He's being chased by police cars in case you didn't know what the red and blue lighting was. Sorry for this picture's 2D-ness.

I don't know the movie. The art is wonderful, great street lighting and the character looks like he is in a big panic lol.
