General Bio: Devilia is Angelia's evil twin. She k!lled her father when she was only 2 months old. She has all the same powers as Angelia, but she uses them for evil. Now, driven by an intense hatred for Angelia, she is the leading supervillain in all of Caynina. (The dog world most of my O.C.s live in)
