Alien Dragon by Jestersoup
I redid another old sketch of mine, then made several changes, like the space theme. With all the different points of light, my shading's bound to be off - which it is. If #wc165 doesn't take this, I have a couple others. Comments are always appreciated! : D #dragons AND #dragon AND #aliendragon

That is, indeed, a very strange dragon :3 As for the shading, I find it best to pick only one source of light, unless I'm actually attempting (failing) to do something semi-photorealistic. You don't want to confuse the viewer's eye after all.

Awesome dragon. I think the lighting is fine. Even the best painters took a lot of liberties with light, reflections, doing things that were not realistic but pretty all the same.
