being an athiest doesn't put you in a group of scum-bags, being a scum-bag puts you in a group of scum-bags so the only bad thing in an athiest is his flaws as a intellectual human being and all human beings have flaws, it depends on a moral code if it's good or bad.
to many people, kill someone is bad but if you're affiliated in a gang or with the mafia, it's no problem.
of course with the mafia there is a moral code wich is followed and when broken it's considered bad.

Of couse not. A large majority of the worlds most most intellectual people of all time are athiests. Rather than believe what other people are following blindly, you prefer to ask questions and seek out the truth using the power of logic. I commend you good sir!
