Its an illusion: heres what you do:
Stare at the dot for 30 seconds.
Then look away on to something big and white - like the wall, the ceiling, as long as its white
Dont use a tiny section of white on a shirt or on your 3ds screen or something, it has to be a big white thing.
Once you look on to the white space, you will see the American flag with the correct red white and blue colors!
It works because green black and orange are the negatives to red white and blue!XD
