Savion was created in a lab when scientists were testing Cyber Pokemon. They captured a few Pokemon, and Savion was one of them. After Savion was crossed with a robot, he had no memory of his past life. He made his escape out of the lab. Later on, he made friends with Yoshiboo. Now, Savion is still hunted down by scientists. He has a generator on his back which has robot like wings
