I wanted to draw Shiftry.
The problem is I don't even like Shiftry.
I mean he's OK, but I didn't even get this on request. It just came to me while I was watching Have I Got News For You.

Hmmm, it seems like shading? I was kind of going for the hair being random and messy.

well kinda like shading not exactly but it does look a bit like messy shading but shiftry does have messy hair
