There's no problem copying a picture. It's a good way to learn technique, and solutions for hard parts of drawings, like hair, cloths, or hands. Well, about your painting, I like the way it looks, but it needs contrast. Try to use black as a color, not only in shadow places of the drawing. Shadow and Light are good in this painting, but you'll have to focus on proportions, wings and left arm are a bit off. Keep it up!

its traced. i saw this same screenshot online today. it would also explain some of the jaggedness in some areas.
